Where can you deliver to?
We can deliver to any address on the UK Mainland.
However, there is a surcharge for delivering “offshore” –please call 07789 718476 for a quotation.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes and BFPO addresses.
How much does delivery cost?
Each item has it's own delivery rate, the delivery charge for each item is shown on the product's page below the product description.

What if the recipient is out at the time of delivery?
If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery then a card will be left with details of how the item can be collected or redelivered. The gift may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour but this cannot be guaranteed.
How will my gift be delivered?
All items are sent in custom made boxes to protect them during transit.
How can I check they have been delivered?
We can track Delivery items. If you email us on - email@example.com we can track this for you.
Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes, you can order online for any week ending date in advance. If you e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org we will make sure we secure your preferred delivery date.
Has my order gone through?
If you order is successful you should receive an automated email from the website including your order confirmation in PDF format. You can also check the status of your order at any time from within the "Your account" area (the link is in the top right hand corner of the page).
How do I cancel or amend my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or amend an order. You cannot do this online unfortunately.
Which cards do you accept?
We can accept most credit/debit cards from around the world including Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Delta, , Visa purchasing, Solo, Switch/Maestro and JCB.
Can I pay with American Express?
No – we do not accept American Express
Is payment secure?
Yes, we use SagePay one of the world's leading online payment service provider. All payments are encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the users browser using 128bit SSL.

Can I include a message?
Yes, all orders can include a personal message card. You can enter this message when adding the item to the cart. Please remember to include your own name on the message as this will not be automatically included.
Where will the message be located?
The message will be printed on a gift card inside the “Documents Enclosed” wallet on the outside of the gift.
